Admissions Process

We are now accepting applications for the

2026-2027 school year.   

 Admissions Timeline:

October 1: New student application window opens

October 1 - December 12: Grant & Aid Window Opens (Elementary only)

October 22: Open House, 10:00 a.m. - Noon

January 6: Notification of Grant & Aid Assistance 

January 15: Re-enrollment forms due

January 16: Open House, 10:00 a.m. - Noon

April 1: Tuition payments begin

PRESCHOOL ADMISSIONS PROCESS:

Prospective preschoolers must be aged 3 by the first day of school, and must be fully potty-trained; able to complete toileting without any assistance.

1. A completed Application and $100 non-refundable application fee must be submitted.
2. An interview and tour for the prospective parents/guardians is scheduled with the Head of School.
3. A brief assessment for the prospective student is scheduled with the teacher. 

ELEMENTARY (K-5) ADMISSIONS PROCESS:

1. A completed Application including one academic reference letter and student records release form, and $100 non-refundable application fee must be submitted.
2. An interview and tour for the prospective parents/guardians is scheduled with the Head of School.
3. An interview and brief assessment for the prospective student is scheduled with the teacher, and if more observation is required, a visit day will be scheduled for the prospective student.
